Implementation and support
Your Process First. Then the System.
We study how your business actually runs: who approves what, where material moves and where information breaks. Then we configure Milestone to fit, test it with your people and stay with you after go-live.

Study
Discovery
We meet the people who run each process and collect the documents, reports and approvals in use.
Your team
Process owners and sample documents.
What you get
Scope and priorities agreed.
The go-live gate
We Go Live When Three Things Are True
- Process owners have signed off testing with real transactions.
- Masters and opening balances have been verified by your team.
- Every role has been trained on the screens it will use.
What we need from you
Your Team's Part
- A process owner for each area, available for the study and testing.
- Sample documents, reports and approval rules in use today.
- Decisions on rules and approvers when the design is agreed.
- Clean master data, with our help on format.
After go-live
We Stay With You
Data migration
Masters and opening balances prepared, loaded and verified before go-live.
Role-based training
Each role learns the screens it uses every day, with its own documents.
Support and enhancement
Queries resolved while habits settle, then new reports, workflows and modules as you grow.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the number of processes, locations and users. After the study, you get a plan with dates for each phase.
Can we start with one department?
Yes. You can start with one process or module and extend once it is stable.
Do you customise Milestone?
Milestone is configured to your approvals, formats and workflows. Where a process needs more, we discuss it during solution design.
